Korean BBQ, whether it's a full serve location that wouldn't let you pick up the tongs or a self serve location where the waiters keep bringing the meat and just let you "do-you." You gotta go to your starter which is the brisket. It's a thinly sliced unadulterated (not marinated) brisket that cooks quickly. In an all you can eat situation it's perfect if you've been waiting all day to eat. But what makes its great is it gives you the chance to taste the meat with the sauces, side dishes, or wraps. At Mapo all these are great choices when you're looking for the quick AYCE place. At $25/person you can pick from a variety of different cuts of meat to throw on the grill. But I recommend always starting with the brisket.
