I'm not ashamed to say I'm a fan of blackening seasoning. When I saw this "burger" on the menu at one of ATL's newest micro food halls (called The Canteen), I couldn't help but give it a try. The bun takes a backseat (which is a good thing, in my opinion) to the generous portion of well-seasoned seared tuna and it's all topped off with crispy bacon and accompanied by avocado, spicy mayo and charred red onion. This is making me hungry just writing this. If I went to GA Tech, I'd be at this food hall all the time. Definitely worth swinging by next time you're in ATL
