Eggs Benedict on a fresh baked biscuit with tomato and avocado, topped with fried japaeño. Served with a side of cheddar hash browns! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish and I've never had such a tasteful, cooked to perfection, version until today at Freeman's. I will, absolutely, add this spot and dish to my itinerary when in Greensboro. The cheddar hash brown was the perfect pair for the meal as well!
