Korean beef, sweet short grain rice, nori, and sesame seeds rolled into a ball topped with panko crumbs and mayo. This could be a one biter but it's pretty big balls...but similar to a fritter but not deep fried the panko crumbs provides the crisp you're looking for. The Beef has the typical sweet soy Korean marinade and the sesame give it the nutty finish. Get 3 pieces for $4.99 or 7 pieces for $7.99 for a large group they serve these until 10pm. Though they opened until 12am most nights.
