Amazing Ahi Tuna. Definitely the best I ever had. A dish that you must try if you are visiting Charlotte or if you live here. Rare Ahi Tuna served on top of asian pear cauliflower fried rice. Tuna is very fresh and tasty. Dish Presentation is impeccable
