You know when there's a highly-touted prospect, and you think to yourself, there's just no way to live up to the hype? You temper your enthusiasm because you've been disappointed before. And then you finally experience it for yourself, and you finally see what the commotion is about. It's the real deal! That's how I felt about these wings after people have been recommending them to me for the past year.
I think many places take it too far with wings, whether it be making it overly saucy, spicy, or breaded. But, there are no games or gimmicks with these wings. These wings are legit. The chicken is the perfect balance of juicy and crispy. The sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. They're simply a joy to eat.
I'm definitely on the bandwagon now. It's just a matter of time before you join me!
