If you love ramen, this is a must stop. I mean just look at the mound of noodles and chunks of pork belly, now those are Bigtime! The noodles were the perfect texture and cooked just right. A normal order of ramen comes with just two pieces of pork belly but I got an extra order of it. If I only knew how massive they were going to be ... I still would have ordered the extra pieces. They were that good. Very tender and just the right amount of fat to meat ratio. The egg was just a little over boiled for my liking but still good. The dipping sauce was rich and bold but surprisingly not overly salty. Can't wait to go back for another bowl!
