You haven't become a part of the Charlotte restaurant scene until you have visited Kindred, one of Charlotte's most popular restaurant. I wouldn't call myself a "salad-guy" but I was quickly won over after tasting my first bite of the lightly breaded and perfectly seasoned buttermilk fried chicken. Unlike most salads, they don't throw in one small piece of chicken and call it a chicken salad! This dish is more than enough for a full meal and the picture doesn't even do it justice! Enjoy added heirloom carrots, bacon, cucumber and radish to this signature lunch dish.
