I love everything about the Orecchiette at Serafina. This is a dish after you eat it once, you’ll crave it. And unfortunately, no other flavors in an Orecchiette will compare.
At first look of the description you think pomegranate should not be in this dish but when those tiny seeds burst in your mouth and mix with the delicious kale-walnut pesto, sage, tiny butternut squash pieces & pasta it takes the flavors to a whole new level. And literally your mouth will smile.
Topped with a yummy parmigiano frico...there’s really nothing to say about the frico because who doesn’t love crispy baked cheese?!
