01/02/18 I regret ever having hot chicken. I regretted it immediately after taking the first bite, as my whole body reacted to the heat and delicious flavors. I regretted it as tears streamed down my face from the second bite to the last bite. I regretted it on the ride away from Prince's as my stomach reminded me how I had just betrayed it. And I regret it now, all these months later, because once you've had the hot chicken at Prince's nothing can ever match it. They offer 6 levels of heat -- from plain to xxxhot -- I played it safe and opted for the mid-level of hot, which is what I would get the next time I find myself there. Anything hotter just seems terrifying.
