Trinket has recently become one of my favorite brunch spots in Portland. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ever ordered, here. Everything tastes super fresh and homemade. I typically order more breakfasty-type menu items at brunch, but last time I ended up going with the french dip, just to mix it up. I'm glad I did! Simply put, this was one of the best french dips I have ever had. The menu just says 'roast beef,' but man...they season it some type of way that really differentiates from other roast beef I've had in the past: distinct, but not overwhelming - just awesome flavor. There's definitely some horseradish in there and intertwined throughout, you'll find some caramelized onions. Like any french dip, the au jus is a key component. Trinket doesn't disappoint here, either. All in all, this is a solid RT bigtime bite. There are too many great options here to order this every time, but it always deserves to be in consideration
