Tuna Tartare at Tradevo in Sevilla, Spain. This place is a small tapas oriented restaurant frequented by foodies and locals in the know. They have unbelievably fresh ingredients and their version of tuna tartare was spectacular! One of the very best I've ever had, and of course, we had to run it back (order another one) for good measure. One of my favorite food places I've been to in all my travels.
