12/27/17 Located in the heart of Chinatown New York, this ice cream factory/shop is one of a kind and should not be missed. They have a lot of exotic ice cream flavors such as egg tart, lychee, pandan, taro, etc. But the one flavor I really enjoyed and thought was big time was the Durian ice cream. The Durian fruit is very popular in Asia and is a true delicacy. This ice cream was the closest thing to the original Durian taste and smell I’ve ever come across. The ice cream is smooth and creamy but not too sweet just like the Durian fruit. It’s distinct smell is complimented by the rich almost fatty custard like flavor of the fruit. With chunks of Durian in the ice cream, you know you’re getting the real thing at this ice cream shop.
