Pan Roasted Chicken at the Crow in Seattle, WA. Unless I'm at a fried chicken joint or at an Asian place and I'm getting it in some sort of stir fried dish or curry, I rarely order chicken at a restaurant. That's in part because I get enough fill of typical "rubber" chicken at fundraisers, banquets and media dining rooms around the country and a chicken dish rarely blows me away. However, when I'm at the Crow, I ALWAYS order their chicken because it's absolutely spectacular! It's wrapped in prosciutto, and both the prosciutto and skin are nice and crispy with terrific spices and flavor. The inside is moist as can be, and when you cut it into it, the juices flow out. The Crow has a small menu that changes weekly, but both the pan roasted chicken and lasagna are always available. There is a nightly meat dish and fish dish available. When the Brothers Cho (my siblings) go, we'll each order an entree then have at least two other main entrees to share for the table because we can never be satisfied with just eating one of the entrees. I love this restaurant!
