If you know me you know I love spicy food. So every time I eat at Suika, the person I'm dining with will regale me we tales of the time they dared to have the Hellz Chicken and how unbelievably spicy it was. As soon as these stories start, two words start floating around in my brain...amateur hour. Now don't get me wrong, the perfectly deep fried, boneless bites make for a bigtime dish and they are plenty spicy (the hell sauce is a mix of jalepeno, hot sauce, lemon, garlic, vinegar and tabasco), but they are nowhere near spicy enough to make you get up from the table to go rinse your mouth out. The flavor is very vinegar/tabasco forward and the lemon does a great job of cutting through that.
