It pains me to list this as Starter, but it's really a testament to how strong the breakfast menu at Chambar is. The curried orzo is amazingly flavorful, the hot spanish chorizo add just the right amount of heat, while the charred tomato salsa, cucumber, and picked cilantro balance the dish out. Mix in the fried egg and it takes the dish to the next level.
