Who doesn't love a good cream puff? These profiteroles are a bit of a change up with it's chocolate filling instead of the traditional cream filling but it doesn't change the fact that it's an absolutely decadent dessert. The bitter caramel pairs well with the rich filling and the crusted candied pecans offer some good textural variations.
