It says on the menu that it’s cooked to order so there will be a wait (it wasn’t longer than 15 minutes) but that is more than worth it to get this Pineapple Upside Down Cake. It’s served with a pineapple lime sorbet so there’s a little bit of tang, a little bit of sweet and a whole lot of goodness. This was the best bite of the meal, in my opinion.
