Versailles is an absolute must for a Miami first-timer (which was yours truly, last month) and a ‘cubano’ is the quintessential beverage one must order while visiting this famous café. The food was terrific, the service was even better, but the lasting image for me was washing it all down with an authentic cuban espresso - s/o to @Sunny for originally opening my eyes to this sweet, strong, brown sugary nectar
