Lobster Garlic Pork Broth Ramen. This bowl of soup adds a new depth of flavor to the ramen game. Like adding a euro step to a devastating cross-over, this dish is hard to beat. They cook the noodles perfectly and the pork slice has just the right amount of fatiness. They also add mushrooms, greens, nori and soft boiled eggs. To top it all off, there is a fried soft shelled crab. The crunchy texture is a perfect compliment to the chewy noodles and rich pork. The restaurant is usually packed but the line moves and service is fast. They actually count the number of bowls they serve and once they hit a certain number, they close. It was tough seeing the last group get told that only 4 bowls were left for their group of 6. Come early and avoid that fate!
