01/27/18 All-beef frankfurter. Smoked brisket. Buttermilk coleslaw. BBQ sauce. Sweet roll. What could go wrong? After trying this upon the waiter's recommendation while passing through Columbia, MO recently, I can confidently say: nothing could go wrong. This tricked out hot dog was awesome. Every ingredient complemented the others quite well. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that this thing is kind of hard to eat! It's definitely the steak knife + fork type of hot dog. It's very evident that this butcher-turned-restaurant curates all of their meat options very intentionally - and this bigtime bite was no exception. This place is definitely worth a stop through for lunch or dinner if you're ever in the area.
