At my favorite spot for sushi in Baltimore, every once in a while, they serve an Otoro Nigiri special that needs to be on everyone's bucket list. The fatty tuna belly is laced with delicious, creamy and buttery fat. Otoro is one of the first dishes that I've ever had that showed me the possibilities of what food can be. It's so simple yet so delicious.
