You can find this dish on minnow's 'Bait' section. It's the first starter for a seafood forward menu. The oysters are perfectly done with a light but really crispy batter. The saffron emulsion is just gravy on top that puts this dish over the top. The presentation is dope and in line with the theme of the restaurant.
