Just a plain up simple and perfect dish with some perfect ingredients. These uni with oysters come with a cucumber mignonette which I didn't even notice because those three oysters topped with uni were just so inviting. The briny of the uni paired so well with the briny of the oysters. I know that sounds counter-intuitive but you will just have to take my word for it and visit. Chef Erik Bruner Yang is doing so creative and amazing food at this new joint so after you get these, you need to try every other dish.
