I am in Charlotte again for work. After the Hornets game I went solo to one of my go to places within walking distance of the arena. It was late in the evening here in the east but dinner time for me back home in Seattle. I was wanting something healthy but substantial as I ended my day. Blackfinn had several great options. Today I went with the BBQ Salmon with Spinach Salad. This piece of Salmon definitely one of the best I have ever had. Cooked perfectly with a wild taste and lightly coated in BBQ sauce it was absolutely amazing. I had to ask for avocados for a slight upcharge but they are always worth every penny. All of the greens were a perfect compliment to the fish (baby spinach, kale, red peppers, red onions, chopped egg, and carrots in some balsamic vinaigrette). The service was attentive and efficient. Definitely a great way to end my day.
