Maine Lobster and Crab Salad at Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills, CA. Super fresh lobster and lump crab mixed with organic baby greens, cucumbers, mangos, and cherry tomatoes with a light but savory mango vinaigrette. I hate when places skimp on the meat or seafood in a salad, but the lobster/crab to greens ratio here was spot on! First time at this place and absolutely loved it. Awesome service as well - knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. This place will definitely be part of my regular rotation when in the LA area!
