Most baked chicken entrees at restaurants come with minimal add ons, if any. This dish was served with grounded corn which provided a creamy base. The smoked cabbage marmalade added additional flavor to the chicken, which was was prepared moist and tender.
The Cookery was on our list of places to eat in 2018 and we'll probably return in the near future to try the different items on the menu.
