Believe the hype about FIG and specifically this dish! An exceptional plate of food at one of the best restaurants in the country. The bolognese sauce is rich and delicious, made with Ossabow Island pork, a rare and really special type of pork. The pasta is truly some of the best I've had in my life. I found the best way to eat each little gnocchi pillow is to press it on the top of your mouth until it bursts and dissolves. It is a truly heavenly bite of food!
