Passing up Tom Douglas’ Triple Coconut Cream Pie is hard to do but I decided to branch out and bring home this beauty.
The crust is the same buttery, flaky crust as the coconut cream pie. The filling was a smooth, silky chocolate mouse with a thin layer of caramel & a thick layer of fresh whipped cream.
Topped with some cashews & chocolate shavings. This pie is a legit big time bite.
