This is my favorite sushi roll in Portland. This thing is crazy addicting! It’s comprised of tempura fried long bean and green onion, topped with avocado and cilantro sweet chili aioli (I always add-on the albacore, as well). I could easily eat three of these things, myself. The tempura offers great crunch, the tuna adds flavor and substance, the avocado balances it all out, and the sweet chili aioli is what keeps bringing me back! This is an absolute must-try if you ever find yourself at Bamboo.
