I know, I know who orders the duck at a restaurant that specializes in beef?! I just couldn’t get past the words black garlic sauce. I’m a sucker for any dish that uses it.
The Korean flavors in this dish are phenomenal. The Kalbi marinated duck breast was tender & really absorbed the soy sauce and ginger from the marinade. The skin - crispy. And of course the black garlic sauce & the gojuchang vinaigrette added the perfect finish.
