When you walk into an ice cream shop and your eyes start scanning through the rows of ice cream flavor tubs, it can be an extremely difficult process. So I asked, “what’s the thickest flavor you got?” Answer: Papi Crunch. “I’ll take two scoops please.” Vanilla based ice cream blended with actual Cap’n Crunch Berries cereal that’s been crushed down and grinded as a mix-in to create a yellowy thick texture. I was steered in the best direction possible with Papi Crunch. I love dense dessert, fro-yo is a no go in my books. My plastic spoon was bending like crazy due to the heaviness of the cream. The staff at Two Scoops are awesome - very friendly, energetic, and youthful. Good atmosphere inside the shop - somebody even cracked a joke saying, “he likes his ice cream like he likes his women.” I’d love for them to make an extra thick peanut butter flavor. I’ll continue filling out customer suggestions cards and badgering them until they cave. Note to self for next time: BYOS (bring your own spoon).
