This was a really happy accident. Our usual breakfast spot after our Saturday workout class had a wait too long and we were hungry!!! So we popped into Smith. Let’s just say Smith is now our after class breakfast spot.
The seasonal scramble had Swiss chard, red peppers, roasted corn & feta. Delicious! The eggs were creamy & fluffy. Served with three large potatoes...OMG the potatoes....crispy on the outside & soft on the inside with the right amount of herbs.
I was a member of the clean plate club & cant wait until next weekend!
