I’m a big deviled eggs guy. I don’t have many rules when it comes to dining out, but one of them = when deviled eggs are on the menu, order them. There wasn’t much of a description on the menu so I was going in relatively blind as to what to expect, but that almost made it even better. These were some of the best deviled eggs I’ve ever had! First of all, the hard-boiled egg white was fried (!!!). Maybe I’m late to the party, but I’d never heard of that, before. This offered a nice crunch that you don’t normally get with a deviled egg. Each egg was topped with bacon, chives and a dash of hot sauce. What a killer way to start off brunch in downtown Vegas. Highly recommend this dish!
