Morton's is an upscale steakhouse in Charlotte. There are various great steak options. At the top of the list I would put the Prime Cajun Ribeye. Today, however, I went the seafood route. The Honey Balsamic Glazed King Salmon is a great selection. Sweet, tender, juicy, and moist, this piece of fish was everything I was hoping for in an evening meal. Garnished with spinach leaves, garbanzo beans, and sweet corn, everything came together perfectly. Prices are on the higher side here so expect to spend some money but the food is very good.
