Pretty much everything at Lam’s deserves a write up. This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant now and their seafood claypot has me captured. There’s just so much flavor from the oyster sauce that they use. It’s one of the best claypots I’ve had. Mushrooms, onions, tofu, shrimp, carrots, octopus, squid, scallops, and scallions. The full works. Priced at $20, this dish is worth every penny. Very juicy, loads of ingredients, major flavors, this is a big time bite. Have had claypots at other places and they just aren’t as good. This comes served at a scorching temperature, just the way I like it. Big fan of seafood, this is the best claypot option they offer. I love Lam’s Kitchen and will probably end up writing up their entire menu offerings. The good thing is, it’s always changing and updating. Their seasonal items and specials are constantly being rotated in. If you’ve never tried this or you’re having skeptical thoughts, highly recommend it. Trust me.
