While I love desserts in general, I don't usually go for cupcakes. They simply tend to bore me in comparison to other dessert options.
With that said, this was an unreal cupcake. Imagine taking a delicious vanilla cake-- moist and fluffy as ever-- and throwing it as hard as you can into chocolate chip cookie dough. You throw it so hard that their positions actually invert, leaving cookie dough inside the cake. That's what Suarez Bakery delivers here, just in a prettier, more civil fashion. Top it with some delightful brown sugar buttercream icing, and you've got yourself a bigtime cupcake.
