In Philadelphia, the word "jawn" is ubiquitous. It can literally be used to describe every noun, so it's only fitting the Breakfast Jawn at Pearl's in Reading Terminal Market includes every staple of a huge morning meal, all smothered in a delicious chorizo gravy. I have a pretty general rule that most egg dishes in a skillet are delectable, and this one fits that bill. Fluffy eggs, some peppers, onions, scallions, Canadian bacon and american cheese with a biscuit plopped on top: this dish has everything savory one would need.
