The chef/owner is Alain Dutourner, and the restaurant has two Michelin stars. The dining room feels dated, very 1970-ish. Compared to other multi-Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, this restaurant is reasonably priced. This wild strawberry dessert also had lychee and rose sherbet---a very impressive looking dessert that also exudes impressive and refreshing flavors. The quality of French desserts in Paris is so superior to any other desserts from any other city I've visited.
