Le Grand Restaurant is the formal restaurant from the world-famous Jean Francois Piege. It opened in September of 2015 and it received 2 Michelin stars a few months later. This dessert is super simple. But this shows that a pastry chef can create a magnificent dessert with using only a couple of ingredients. This is why Pastry Chef Nina Metayer is one of the best in the world as is this restaurant. I foresee 3 Michelin stars in the future.
