Nightbird's chef/owner is Kimberly Alter. It is a tasting menu-only restaurant but the price of said menu ($125) is very, very reasonable, especially given the quality of the food. The picture above is a quail egg dish with crispy leeks and Hollandaise. Once again, here is an example of another dish that isn't overly complex but it is a stellar dish. The entire tasting menu has dishes of this quality and even higher, which I think is due to the fact that Kim is ALWAYS in the kitchen. Service is very professional and the dining room has an atmosphere that exudes serenity. I love Nightbird; highly recommended.
