Felix just opened a few months ago and instantly has become one of the best Italian restaurants in the country with his pasta dishes leading the way. The execution is on the highest level. Chef/owner Evan Funke's previous chef Jin's included stints at Rustic Canyon, Spago and Bucato. The pastas are not quite Quince-level but equal with 2 Michelin starred Marea. I wish Felix were located in PDX since I absolutely love eating pasta.
