Chef Carrie Nahabedien is one of the most iconic and influential chefs and restaurateurs in Chicago. Her pastry chef, Craig Harzewski, is one of the most underrated pastry chefs in the country. His desserts can seem very "busy" but it doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment of them. This one had tapioca pearls, watermelon nectar, strawberry sorbet and verbena. Craig's plating skills are also stellar.
