Visited Botika for the first time with my girlfriend this past weekend. We stopped in on the way to our dinner reservation for Happy Hour. The Happy Hour menu is limited in choices but certainly not in flavors. We ordered the Tuna Tartar and a couple drinks to start. The balance of the chips' crunch and lightness, along with the soft tuna, was a great combination. The sauces complemented the house made rice crackers as well. I enjoyed my first Botika experience and am looking forward to making a repeat visit in the near future - and will definitely be re-ordering the Tuna Tartar.
