Homemade vanilla bean ice cream and dark chocolate mousse with a caramel drizzle? The taste was something to dream about, I think I still do too. If this dessert was in existence for longer than 42 seconds sitting in front of me then I would be shocked. The edible, light, crispy wafer purse that held the mousse in it was a very creative presentation, but the treasure lied within. The mousse was so rich (but not too sweet) and matched perfectly with the ice cream. Anyone that ever goes to the big island has to go to Merriman's, if I ever go back then it'll be the first place I go!
