Grilled Whole Fish at Stella’s in Charleston, SC. Stella’s version of Grilled Whole Fish was as tasty on the outside as it was on the inside. Topped with lodlemono, a traditional Greek dressing comprised of extra virgin oil and fresh lemon, the skin had a nice char and crispness to it while the inside was moist and flavorful. Definitely worthy of Rotation status, we ate every last morsel of this fish and all that was left was pure skeleton. Stella’s serves traditional as well as modern Greek cuisine with decent portion sizes and friendly service. I also loved their 12 oz prime NY strip steak. Open for both lunch and dinner and late (until 11 pm) on Friday and Saturday.
