Belcampo has been my go to fancy butcher shop for a few years now. The breakfast sandwich is my favorite and it's worth waking up a little early to stop by. The organic bacon and eggs comes from Belcampo's farm near Mt. Shasta and never leaves there hands ensuring a quality product. The egg is fried leaving just a smidge of yolk inside that will squirt out when squeezed. The aioli has a slight tang that pairs great with the arugula. American cheese is standard but for a few coins more upgrade to cheddar. Hands down one of the top 5 breakfast sandwiches in LA.
