To start, it’s only fair to say that everything is delicious at this restaurant. But I couldn’t stop thinking about how good these salmon tacos are. It’s a cold appetizer on the raw bar menu. Salmon with truffle oil (and who cares what else when there’s truffle oil but there’s also avocado and spicy mayo, not too much mayo) in a crispy taco shell that feels and tastes more delicate than a traditional taco shell, like panko is to traditional fried breadcrumbs. Sometimes you just don’t want raw, but for every other time, I’d order this dish. I already want some more.
