Go to Steak 48 for this appetizer, but stay for an even better steak dinner. Side note, I forgot to take a picture of the steak because it looked so good-- instead I just ate it. The tender pork belly, over a bed of wilted spinach and an exquisite touch of local honey, was the perfect start to an amazing meal. The combination of flavors combined with beautiful presentation made for the perfect appetizer (not adequately captured by my photo). Follow it up with a steak and corn creme brûlée (or any other side, for that matter), for a truly special occasion.
