Had a fantastic meal at Kindred and the Hamachi Crudo was an interesting and complex dish. Great mix of sweet, spicy, tart, and savory. The hamachi was good, fresh. Each bite of the crudo was different depending on if you got a piece of orange, pomegranate, or Serrano pepper. The dill sauce gave the dish a savory finish. Enjoyed this along with the milk bread, crispy oysters, and squid ink shrimp pasta. All terrific choices. Will definitely be back to try the lunch menu.
